Within a specific area of ministry, interns will be given ministry responsibilities, receive weekly coaching and mentorship from their supervisor, and leadership and spiritual development from the Senior Pastor and others. Requirements

Volunteer experience in the Ministry Area
High School Diploma and at least one year of college or its equivalent
Experience and passion for church and the community
Motivated to learn and lead
Great relational skills: full of faith, friendly, calm, and professional
Exhibit a heart of passion, humility, and integrity
Good organizational and administrative skills
Skilled in researching and finding requested information
Accept and support the Grace Church Vision and Values
Exhibit a servant’s heart and willingness to get the job done well and on time
Ensure good stewardship of ministry funds and resources
Act as a positive representative of Grace Church at all times
Maintain complete confidentiality with all sensitive pieces of information
Communicate and present information to others in a clear, complete and concise way
Have a good sense of humor and ability to have fun while working hard as part of a team
Exhibit a heart of passion, humility, integrity
Maintain a positive attitude while being mission-driven
