About The Position

Talent Management comprises the end-to-end experience of our employees – from the first moment of onboarding. From Talent, Performance to Learning and engagement, in this area you have the opportunity to learn all about different impactful projects. As a Talent Management Intern, we will assign you to exciting projects that shape the way our employees deliver, grow and learn new skills, helping translate people’s strategy into impactful employee experiences.

Requirements

  • You are an active student enrolled in an ongoing degree program (Bachelor's/Master's) in Business Administration / Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or Behavioral Science, Social Studies, or similar programs
  • Remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date June 2027 or 2028.
  • Passionate about building a career in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or other HR- related areas
  • Interested in how people grow, perform, and develop within organizations
  • Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Structured, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application.
  • You must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date June 2027 or 2028.
