Job Overview: Are you ready to launch your career with and break into technology at an industry-leading organization? Our Product & Technology CTIO’s Office team is seeking a dynamic Summer 2026 intern. Our 10-week paid summer internship program is designed to provide you with comprehensive and immersive experience that builds both your technical and professional skillset. As a Technology Programs Intern, you will gain exposure to key areas of product and technology operations, including program management, strategic planning, data driven decision making, and enterprise wide technology initiatives. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, contribute to high impact projects, and gain first hand insight into how data, strategy, and execution come together to drive business success. Throughout the internship, you will engage in meaningful work such as supporting cross functional programs, assisting with stakeholder coordination, analyzing operational data, contributing to project documentation, and helping facilitate team engagements across the organization. You'll also have opportunities to network with professionals in your field and build meaningful relationships. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in an undergraduate degree program pursuing Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
  • Strong interest in the technology, finance and/or business management industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder coordination and relationship management
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in building presentation materials

Responsibilities

  • Provide conference support, logistics, and business management support
  • Provide business and administrative support to the Product & Technology Program team, including preparing meeting agendas and recaps, tracking attendees and materials, and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Support planning of Onsite/Offsite events for early career full-time team-building Events
  • Helping with documentation, branding, and materials for Product & Tech programs
  • Manage the calendar tracking system for the Product & Technology Early Talent team, coordinating with the University Recruiting Program Manager to avoid conflicts with key dates and keep all stakeholders informed
  • Coordinate with the Early Career Talent team to manage the early career full-time training schedule, ensuring participation in bootcamp and monitoring progress throughout the summer
  • Conduct employee engagement analysis and thought leadership for intern and new grad events
  • Audit training modules in SW, Data and AWS, take and complete during the 10 weeks
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects for the CTIO team
