About The Position
Support technology development projects related to metrology, the metrology team at PWC in responsible for the research and the development of innovative solutions to improve the dimensional measurement of turbine engine components. The student will be a member of the development team and will carry out test plans, development of documentation, training and implementation of innovative solutions. The student will participate in different development projects like the following: - Metrology solutions for emerging non-contact technologies (2D, 3D scanners, optical measurement machines, etc.) as well as classic contact technologies like multi axis CMM - Digital transformation of CMM programming and measurement data management, machine connectivity and data analysis
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.
- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursuing a degree in engineering with interest in metrology.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
