We are hiring for a 4 month term starting May, 2026 and ending in August, 2026 with an option to start sooner (part-time) if the candidate is interested and available!

Requirements

  • Working towards attaining a bachelor’s degree in accounting at an accredited institution.
  • Time Management Skills balancing school and professional work.
  • A willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform the day-to-day financial accounting and month-end close processes, journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Identify and implement best practices regarding execution of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and Review Financial Reporting for the Field Operations and Finance Teams.
  • Work directly with Field Operations to assist in correcting and explaining accounting issues and concerns.
  • Work with Foundation team as needed as it relates to the accounting team.
  • Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic objectives and implement reporting tools to aid management.
  • Perform other duties and projects, as assigned.
