As an intern, you will be paired with a mid-to-senior level employee who will serve as your mentor. This mentor/mentee relationship is designed to foster a supportive environment where you can candidly discuss your career goals and aspirations. Our one-on-one informal mentoring approach fosters the development of professional relationships that complement your academic learning, enriching your overall internship experience. As a Mechanical Engineering intern you will work on a variety of project types including Healthcare, Higher Education, and K-12 Education. These experiences will provide insights into the profession, collaborative teamwork, and serving the needs of our clients.
