As a Manufacturing Quality Engineering Intern, you will work with the Quality Engineering & Operational Excellence teams to assist the Quality Engineering team in key projects execution that support DUV manufacturing. The scope of your work includes but is not limited to electrical, mechanical, and optical assemblies in the production environment and help driving improvements within these groups. This position will also include assessments, quality data development, visualization, acquisition and analysis. Your assignment Assist Quality Engineering and Operational Excellence teams with project execution. Collect, analyze, and report factory metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct process time studies and develop process maps to identify inefficiencies. Recommend and help implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and quality initiatives. Investigate production issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing and quality goals.
