A Day in The Life: This role will assist in supporting the development and adaptations of POS materials including Evergreen, Windows and Walls, and any promotional artwork as needed in the LATAM & Canada markets. They will also ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent across all touchpoints. Additionally, they will work closely with the markets to provide guidance and ensure program deliverables stay on track and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • College or technical degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to effectively relate to others
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Able to meet deadlines and prioritize
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
  • Integrity, ethical, professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality essential
  • Office based in Corona, CA

Responsibilities

  • Receive creative requests and briefs from local markets
  • Manage those briefs in ClickUp with market leads
  • Help organize creative edits and make sure all versions are saved clearly and shared with the teams
  • Ensure we are following proper brand guidelines
  • Manage internal Trade Marketing document to update the status of each project – approved creative and other important files to be saved and allocated accordingly
  • Update manager regularly on what has been approved, what’s still in progress, and what has been sent to the markets
  • Attend internal meetings with the markets to report on program and creative progress
  • Support the team with administrative tasks e.g., updating PowerPoint slides, renaming files, and any other general admin tasks that are needed.
