Requirements

• Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree
• Studies outside of the U.S.A
• A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Fluent in English (oral/written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to create reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to analyze and summarize data

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerBI
• Experience in Project Management
• Material and manufacturing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Support the cross-functional team by gathering feedback to prepare reports, presentations for management meetings, and standardization efforts
• Represent the product localization team in cross-functional project meetings related to project management of new vehicle launch
• Assist the project management team in different projects to steer the maturity level of parts including color evaluations
• Plan and organize supplier and internal workshops related to model year and new vehicle launch
• Assist with the tracking of standard process KPIs related to project management for model year and new vehicle launches
• Support with development of training material for the used systems and reporting applications and onboarding process for new team members
• Opportunity for additional projects with independent responsibilities and a platform to present on various management levels
• Data and system maintenance
• Support team with creation of standard reports
