C.H. Robinson is excited to offer a dynamic internship opportunity within Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) in the Customer Success Organization. This paid internship is designed to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced world of global supply chain management. As an intern, you will collaborate with supply chain professionals who manage thousands of global shipments for Fortune 500 companies using our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS). You’ll be embedded in a cross-functional team that drives customer growth, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives. Throughout the program, you’ll gain exposure to key areas of Customer Success, including: Relationship management P&L ownership Contract renewals and upselling Technology solutions, with a focus on AI Capacity services across North America Surface Transportation (NAST) and Global Forwarding (GF) You’ll also use Advanced Analytics to uncover savings opportunities, optimize performance, and improve customer outcomes. As you build vertical expertise, you’ll deepen your understanding of industry-specific challenges and strategies. The Global Customer Success Organization is committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience by cultivating trust, aligning goals, and translating the voice of the customer (VOC) into actionable strategies. As an intern, you’ll help some of the world’s most prominent companies move their products across the globe, making a real impact in a rapidly evolving industry. We believe in the power of in-person collaboration to spark innovation and drive results. You’ll work on-site with peers four days a week, with remote flexibility on Fridays, striking the perfect balance between teamwork and autonomy.
