About The Position

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world’s largest luxury group. Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2026 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 6th or June 23rd to August 27th. For Summer 2026, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday. The Global Brand Management intern for OleHenriksen will be fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of the team. In addition, you will be responsible for leading an individual project that will be presented to Senior Leadership at the end of the summer.

Requirements

  • Hard skills: PowerPoint, Excel, market/data analysis, Strong analytical skills & public speaking
  • Soft skills: Creative, actively contributes ideas, team player – strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
  • Must have a passion for beauty & skin care and be immersed in understanding new products, trends (both within beauty industry and socially), consumer behavior, and product strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, organization and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion is critical
  • Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented.
  • Rising junior, senior, or 2026 graduate of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Support the OleHenriksen Brand Management Team contributing strategic ideas to product innovation, consumer insights, and overall product strategies.
  • Core responsibilities will include acting as key owner of competitive analysis to develop meaningful insights, contributing to brand presentations, and executing an individual internship project
  • Day-to-day activities will include attending some cross-functional meetings, supporting team with daily requests, store visits, parcel arrangements etc.
