Internship Summary: This key position is both customer and vendor facing and requires strong customer service, computer, written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision in a team setting, possess strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills are vital. Daily tasks include quoting, routing, rating, carrier dispatch, shipment monitoring and tracing, and customer reporting.
