The Consumer Engagement Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the development, organization, and optimization of tools and systems that enable effective consumerâfacing execution. A primary focus of this role will be assisting in the buildout and refinement of our new relational database platform, including data entry, workflow testing, tool enhancements, and support with debugging and documentation. This intern will also contribute to project coordination activities across the Consumer Engagement Operations team, helping to organize timelines, track deliverables, and prepare training or reference materials needed for field-facing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assembling training decks, managing digital assets, and supporting other operational tasks that ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This position reports to the Sr. Operations Manager FMCE.
