About The Position

The Consumer Engagement Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the development, organization, and optimization of tools and systems that enable effective consumer‑facing execution. A primary focus of this role will be assisting in the buildout and refinement of our new relational database platform, including data entry, workflow testing, tool enhancements, and support with debugging and documentation. This intern will also contribute to project coordination activities across the Consumer Engagement Operations team, helping to organize timelines, track deliverables, and prepare training or reference materials needed for field-facing initiatives. Additional responsibilities include assembling training decks, managing digital assets, and supporting other operational tasks that ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This position reports to the Sr. Operations Manager FMCE.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program, ideally in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Interest in database systems, process management, analytics, or operational coordination.
  • Foundational understanding of relational databases or data structures (coursework or academic projects acceptable).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support project coordination efforts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
  • Self-motivated with a strong follow-through and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of the Consumer Engagement relational database through data entry, verification, workflow testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Assist in documenting database processes, updates, and enhancements to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables for ongoing Consumer Engagement Operations initiatives.
  • Participate in testing and debugging software tools, logging issues, and supporting resolution activities.
  • Help prepare training materials, decks, and reference guides for new tools and process rollouts.
  • Organize, categorize, and manage digital images and content used for field and consumer engagement programs.
  • Contribute to building dashboards or reporting views to support operations insights and decision‑making.
  • Provide general operational support across cross‑functional projects as assigned.
