About The Position

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bolingbrook, IL. We're committed to your flexibility and wellbeing, and our hybrid strategy currently requires three days a week in the office, giving you the option to work remotely for some of your working week. This ten-to-twelve-week internship program will run from 1st June to August 2026. Successful interns may be offered returning internships and/or a full-time position with us upon graduation. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (Fall 2026 - Spring 2028 graduates).
  • Strong critical thinking skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong initiative to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Enrolled in a Communications, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing degree program.
  • Impactful involvement through work, academic leadership, volunteerism, or activism within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Management team in delivering communication strategies to internal and external clients.
  • Assist with operational and administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery of client jobs.
  • Gain exposure to billing processes by identifying gaps and contributing to practical solutions alongside the Account Management and Billing teams.
  • Learn the fundamentals of relationship management and how to build and maintain client engagement across multiple channels.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, analyze errors to find root causes, and develop professional skills.
