A Day in The Life: Business Process Analyst is responsible for examining, improving, and optimizing the operational processes that drive a fast-paced, highly competitive consumer goods business. The role sits at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution, connecting Product development, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, logistics and Sales teams to ensure the business runs efficiently and at speed. At its core, the role involves mapping and documenting business process flows across areas such as product development, Sourcing and procurement, production planning, demand forecasting, Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Logistics (Transportation and Distribution) and Sales. The analyst identifies inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies across the above areas and works with business and IT stakeholders to implement practical improvements to keep pace with rapid market growth. The Impact You'll Make: Day-to-day responsibilities typically include Process mapping across the end-to-end supply chain areas Analyzing operational and sales data to measure performance Facilitating workshops with teams spanning Product Development, Sourcing and Procurement, Planning and Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Sales and Finance Writing business requirements for system or process changes and tracking outcomes after implementation. Supporting new product launch processes, optimizing SKU management, Master data governance, improving manufacturing and planning processes etc., and executing across key end to end supply chain areas.
