Teaching hospital with robust rotating internship program, cardiology specialty interns, as well as visiting extern students. Located in Los Angeles—VCA ASEC is just 15 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from hiking trails, and 90 minutes from winter skiing. The weather is outstanding with over 300 sunny days a year so there are plenty of recreational opportunities to enjoy when you are away from the hospital. The city is known for excellent schools, medical centers, retail shopping, and entertainment. The annual salary range for this position is $225-$325k. The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week. This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs. Requirements

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in Florida, or the ability to obtain
  • Residency Trained or Diplomate Board Certification
  • A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
