Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
• Clear communication and sound clinical decision-making

Responsibilities

• See adult patients for primary care and follow-up visits
• Manage chronic conditions and ongoing treatment plans
• Diagnose new symptoms and medical issues
• Review labs, imaging, and diagnostic reports
• Document visits accurately in the electronic medical record
• Coordinate care with external specialists when appropriate
• Provide guidance on preventive care and health maintenance
