Requirements
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a high lead volume
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- CRM experience preferred (VinSolutions a plus)
- Automotive experience NOT required—we can train the right person
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and professionally to all online leads via phone, text, and email
- Set and confirm appointments for in-store visits
- Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, availability, and purchase options
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Follow up with unsold leads and past customers
- Update CRM notes with accuracy and detail
- Work closely with management to maximize closing ratios and monthly performance
