Requirements

- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and text communication tools
- Professional, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries
- Build rapport with customers

- Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate test drives, trade appraisals, and vehicle deliveries
- Maintain accurate lead tracking in CRM and meet monthly performance goals
