Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Sales experience and proficiency in e-commerce sales platforms, including eBay and other online marketplaces, with an understanding of online merchandising, pricing strategy, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in previous roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, pricing structures, and inventory accuracy to support revenue objectives.
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of IT hardware and related equipment, enabling informed sales decisions, accurate product representation, and effective customer consultation.
  • Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • A+ certification or degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
  • Prior experience in a computer or technology-related role
  • Bilingual skills (including Spanish) preferred, based on customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate sales team members; conduct performance reviews, issue corrective action as needed, and provide ongoing training and development to drive results
  • Participate in hiring, promotions, and make recommendations regarding staffing levels and compensation.
  • Oversee and strategically manage up to two eBay Seller’s accounts – including monitoring workflow for selling gear on eBay, equipment prep, pricing, listing, sales, and follow-up service thereof
  • Developing strong, ongoing relationships with returning eBay customers, with a focus on conversion to wholesale customers
  • Facilitate facility’s ongoing wholesale sales while maintaining minimum pricing thresholds
  • Coordinates with other sales staff, team members, and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Establish what items need to be recycled within the local facility
  • Review DEMAN gear within the local facility and pulling/selling all non-serialized parts with value
  • Review STALE gear within the local facility, and moving to eBay for faster sale
  • Utilize internal ERP/EPC systems for sales oversight, reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
  • Assist in repairs of PC, LCD, notebook, printer and other IT (Information Technology) type equipment
  • Ensure overall department compliance with company policies and operational standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by department leadership as needed
