Requirements

Automotive sales or Internet experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person!
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a desire to set and achieve goals
Excellent organizational skills and computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Engage with online leads, phone inquiries, and existing customers
Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
Present vehicle options, features, and benefits tailored to each customer
Schedule appointments and ensure seamless hand-offs to the in-store sales team
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Stay current on product knowledge and dealership promotions
