As the first point of contact for all internet and phone leads, you will guide customers through the entire car buying journey—from first inquiry to final sale. Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales, call centers, or customer service preferred—but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with technology, CRMs, and internet-based communication.
• Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming online and phone inquiries from prospective customers.
• Use our CRM system to track, manage, and follow up with all leads.
• Set appointments and drive traffic to the showroom.
• Work with customers through every step of the sales process—from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales and appointment goals.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and management to ensure seamless customer service.
