About The Position

The Internet Sales Professional is responsible for managing all online customer inquiries — from the first lead to the final sale. You’ll be the first point of contact for our digital customers, guiding them through the buying process with professionalism, energy, and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Prior automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of comfort with CRM systems, email, and online communication tools
  • Driven, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule qualified appointments and showroom visits
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
  • Build rapport and trust with customers through transparent communication
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless handoff and customer experience
  • Stay current with Chevrolet product knowledge, incentives, and promotions
