Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales or Internet sales experience
- Strong lead management and CRM follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Organized, punctual, and proactive
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Previous fleet, Internet, or BDC experience is highly valued
