Jerry Seiner Dealerships is hiring an experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead our BDC / Internet Sales Department in California. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on lead conversion, CRM management, phone training, appointment setting, and sales performance . This position is ideal for an automotive sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about coaching teams, improving close rates, and delivering an exceptional customer experience .

Requirements

  • Automotive Internet Sales Manager or Sales Manager experience required
  • Strong background in BDC operations, CRM systems, and lead management
  • Proven ability to train, coach, and hold sales teams accountable
  • Experience with digital marketing leads, phone sales, and online customer engagement
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Internet Sales / BDC Team
  • Train and coach on phone skills, appointment setting, follow-up cadence, and objection handling
  • Oversee internet leads, phone leads, and digital sales inquiries
  • Monitor and improve lead response time, contact rate, appointment show rate, and close rate
  • Ensure proper CRM usage, documentation, and follow-up compliance
  • Assist with desking internet deals in partnership with Sales Management
  • Maintain clean, compliant deal structures while protecting and growing gross
  • Drive a customer-first sales process both online and on the showroom floor
