We are now seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly motivated Director of Internet Sales to lead our digital sales operations. This individual will be responsible for driving leads, elevating our online customer experience, managing the Internet Sales team, and partnering with leadership to maximize performance across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is results-driven, process-oriented, and passionate about building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Internet Sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
  • Manage all incoming digital leads, ensuring fast response times and a seamless customer experience
  • Oversee CRM usage, follow-up processes, lead routing, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership, BDC, marketing, and sales teams to optimize online conversions
  • Analyze digital traffic, lead volume, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and accountability across the department
  • Implement best practices, innovative strategies, and process improvements to drive growth
