Requirements

• Strong phone, text, and written communication skills
• Organized, follow-up-driven, and comfortable with CRM systems
• Sales-minded professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Valid CA Sales License

Nice To Haves

• Automotive Internet Sales or BDC experience preferred, not required
• Self-motivated and results-oriented individuals

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, e-commerce, and digital sales leads
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Build rapport and guide customers through the online buying process
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with showroom sales teams
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up workflows
• Achieve lead response, appointment, and sales conversion goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and digital process training
