Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Review inbound digital leads from our dealer website, social media pages, and third-party lead sources (Autotrader, Car Gurus, Car Now, etc.).
  • Respond to every lead with a phone call, text, email, and short video to ensure a personalized touch.
  • Follow up daily with all leads to maintain customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound phone leads inquiring about new or used vehicles.
  • Build lasting relationships and create customers for life by guiding them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Become an expert on our product offerings, optional packages, and the latest automotive technology.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business.
  • Learn effective strategies to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day to contribute to our team's success.
