About The Position
Feldmann Imports is a family-owned and operated Mercedes-Benz dealership located in Bloomington, MN. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our business development center, handling all incoming internet inquiries and phone leads. We are seeking candidates who possess a tenacious spirit and a positive, can-do attitude. Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but we provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role. In this position, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner, assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will need to understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations. Additionally, you will direct customers to product information resources and deliver inquiries to other sales personnel and departments promptly. This role requires a minimum commitment of two Saturdays per month and may include other duties as assigned.
