About The Position

We are looking for professional people who want a pathway to success! The Internet Salesperson - Manager will be part of the Sales Department and will report to the Sales Manager. This position is non-exempt and offers a first-year income potential of $80,000. The working environment is positive, with a comfortable schedule and no Sundays. The role includes a generous compensation plan with weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses, as well as additional bonuses paid directly from manufacturers. Requirements

• 1-year automotive experience heavily preferred but not required.
• Sales experience is a plus but will train.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Handle increased sales volume and assist clients in finding their ideal vehicles.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
