About The Position

Maus Family Automotive is searching for highly motivated and driven internet sales associates who are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately! The ideal candidate for this position will learn all of the models that we sell, will deliver high quality customer service, and become a consultant to each customer to help in finding the vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for cars, we want to hear from you! Industry-related experience is preferred, but we can train the right motivated individuals to succeed and easily bring home over $100K per year! It’s the Nissan way! As an Internet Sales Associate at Maus, you will: Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base Assist in setting up the sales lot or the showroom floor for promotions and to put new models on display Work with the Finance Manager to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on used vehicles to interested customers Coordinate registration and delivery of vehicles Go above and beyond to make the sale! Requirements

Must by 18 years or older
Must possess a valid driver’s license
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good networking skills
Service orientation – must be a people person!
Active listening & persuasion

Responsibilities
