About The Position

Internet Director – Capitol Chevrolet (Austin, TX) Capitol Chevrolet, the #1 Volume Chevy Dealership in Austin, is looking for a proven Internet Director to lead our digital sales department. We are looking for a results-driven leader who thrives on performance, accountability and opportunity. With 1,400+ fresh leads monthly, we’re seeking a professional who can drive performance, close deals, and take full ownership of our internet sales process. We need a leader who knows how to manage volume, coach a team and personally produce results. Our expectation is clear: a closing ratio near 30%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Internet Sales Experience required
  • 5 day work week-willing to work Fridays and Saturdays 9am-9pm
  • History of closing at 25–30% or higher from digital leads
  • Deep understanding of Dealer Socket, Mastermind and modern lead handling strategies
  • High-level phone, email and texting skills
  • Ability to motivate a team while remaining personally accountable for results

Nice To Haves

  • Sales management or team leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming digital leads with a focus on speed, structure, and conversion
  • Personally work Dealer Socket and Mastermind daily, handling inbound leads and making 80–100 outbound calls
  • Lead and develop internet sales team with training and accountability
  • Drive appointment volume and ensure high show-to-sale ratios
  • Optimize lead follow-up processes to reduce response time and increase engagement
  • Work with sales managers to ensure sales
