About The Position

We are looking for a Full-time BDC Representative for our sales department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their vehicle inquiries, handling inbound phone calls and scheduling sales appointments. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer. Answer incoming calls Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text Follow up & reschedule no show appointments Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was to satisfaction Work with our sales department to ensure customers' needs are being met. Reach sales and appointment goals

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and motivated individual seeking an opportunity to be successful
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing/information given at all times

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership customer service or sales experience a huge plus
• Bilingual is a plus
