The International Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and updating international tax calculations for US income tax provisions, including expertise in earnings and profits, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, foreign tax credits, Pillar II, and cash repatriation. This role involves preparing US federal international calculations for tax returns, managing US international compliance, reviewing informational returns, and supporting international tax aspects of M&A activities. The manager will also assist with Pillar 2 global minimum tax requirements, manage international tax controversy matters, analyze business forecasts, conduct technical research on US international tax laws, and support tax planning and provision activities. The position requires driving process improvements, contributing to strategic tax planning, monitoring legislative developments, and developing relationships with non-tax counterparts.
