The International Brand Experience Senior Manager leads brand growth initiatives, consumer strategy and integrated marketing communications for Jimmy John’s & Baskin-Robbins outside the US. Day-to-day responsibilities leading these key brands for the International team include spearheading strategic cross-functional projects, agency and brand campaign management, developing creative resources and establishing strategic frameworks to support field marketing execution. Projects in this role are intended to support international franchisees and joint venture partners by making a meaningful impact with consumers and driving topline sales, while also ensuring consistency in brand voice across marketing channels and brand extensions. Success in this role requires developing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (International marketing team, regional teams, supply chain, operations, finance, and US brand teams) and fostering external collaboration (franchisees, vendors, agencies). This role demands an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented at the core, but also skilled at partnering with cross-functional groups to work together to find solutions for complex projects. This position interacts frequently with senior management to provide recommendations and guidance to support and grow the overall Inspire International business.
