About The Position

The International Sales Representative will drive the expansion of our beverage portfolio across the Caribbean, Central America, and Latin America. This role focuses on building strategic commercial partnerships, strengthening distributor networks, and accelerating revenue growth across diverse markets. Success requires strong commercial instincts, cultural fluency, and the ability to navigate varied regulatory and logistical environments throughout the region, while managing a broad, multi‑category beverage portfolio that requires adaptable commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or related field
  • 3–5 years of international sales experience, ideally in beverages or CPG
  • Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages; English required
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets in international or emerging markets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to travel frequently to assigned regions
  • Experience working with distributors in Latin America or the Caribbean
  • Knowledge of beverage import/export logistics
  • Familiarity with regulated or developing markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market‑specific sales strategies tailored to the Caribbean and Latin American regions, aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key retail partners, and assigned accounts through consistent engagement, performance tracking, and ongoing sales support.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand consumer preferences, competitive activity, pricing trends, and category opportunities across the region.
  • Support the establishment of S&OP processes and joint business planning with customers and distributors to strengthen forecasting, demand planning, and long‑term commercial alignment.
  • Ensure timely innovation launches in coordination with cross‑functional teams and in‑market partners.
  • Process regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance with import/export rules, trade policies, and government regulations across all assigned markets.
  • Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting for all assigned territories, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient order flow, inventory planning, and on‑time delivery into both markets.
  • Maximize company portfolio ensuring National Beverage’s brands are present in all markets
  • Support the company’s presence in markets by collaborating with local partners to execute marketing and promotional initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
