As Fora expands globally, we’re hiring an International Sales Operations Manager to build and own the systems that power advisor acquisition across international markets. This is a high-ownership, infrastructure-focused role at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations. Reporting to the Head of International and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, this person will shape the international sales infrastructure, enabling scalable advisor growth outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel.
