Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. The International Sales Manager - APAC will be responsible for growing sales in the designated APAC markets aligned with the Breg International Growth Plan and sales quota. S/He will communicate with assigned distributors to design and drive data-driven growth strategies based on the specific market needs. S/He will negotiate pricing and distributor agreements and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure their customers receive a top-notch customer experience and are well-informed. This position is also responsible to conduct market research and will comprehend the unique aspects for each market to drive growth. This dynamic team player is comfortable interacting with stakeholders in different time zones and is a go getter and strong communicator.
