About The Position

The International Sales Coordinator provides high-level administration and coordination to support Crossway’s International Sales team. This role aims to serve the sales team and our international partners with excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by supporting internal and external stakeholders through exceptional administration. This is an ON-SITE position.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in MS and Google Workspace suite of products.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with international contacts and team members.
  • A commitment to knowledge of Crossway’s content, products, and programs in order to serve accounts with excellence.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, PowerBI, and inventory/order systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding, winsome customer service to international sales accounts and stakeholders.
  • Processing international Amazon Vendor Central purchase orders and maintaining accurate, up-to-date product listings and marketing assets while resolving account issues.
  • Communicating inventory availability, restock timelines, and replenishment needs while coordinating special print runs and direct shipments.
  • Responding to initial sales inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner.
  • Preparing and scheduling seasonal account presentations for designated international trade accounts, and maintaining the team presentations calendar.
  • Providing excellent and timely follow-up to account meetings and presentations.
  • Initiating requests for international marketing materials, such as advertisements and factsheets, and providing them to international accounts in a timely manner.
  • Supporting client communication by providing book lists, catalogs, price sheets, and other materials promptly and accurately.
  • Processing and tracking international orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely resolution of order-related issues.
  • Coordinating shipping and logistics for orders, including obtaining freight quotes, preparing export documentation, managing shipments, and liaising with Customer Service to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate sales records, pricing and product data, and partner information.
