About The Position

This role is for a program management specialist who will support programs from their initial concept through to completion, specifically focusing on Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation research. The specialist will collaborate with program leadership to effectively manage cost, schedule, and performance, with the ultimate goal of assisting the customer in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Key responsibilities involve utilizing various Microsoft Office tools: Excel for budget analysis and information tracking, Project for schedule management, Word for developing contractual and technical documents, and PowerPoint for creating presentations. A critical aspect of this position is effective communication, ensuring that programs achieve their defined goals and adhere to quality standards. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or cost analysis
  • Experience with technical integration and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) programs
  • Experience leading teams of five or more employees in a client service environment
  • Experience with strategic planning and managing program risks, issues, and opportunities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of financial analysis or cost analysis
  • Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
  • Experience working with foreign stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP),or Information Warehouse (IW)
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in Business or a technical field
  • Strategic Planning or Process Improvement Certification
