About The Position

International Program Analyst, Senior The Opportunity: As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Foreign Military Sales ( FMS ) and Security Cooperation research. You’ll work with program leadership to manage cost, schedule, and performance to support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives using tools like Micro sof t Excel to analyze budget s and track information, Micro sof t Project to manage schedules, Micro sof t Word to develop contractual and other technical documents, and Micro sof t PowerPoint to develop presentations. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or cost analysis, including in U.S. Navy programs or operations
• Experience with technical integration and Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence ( C4I ) programs
• Experience leading teams of five or more employees in a client service environment
• Experience with strategic planning and managing program risks, issues, and opportunities
• Experience using Micro sof t Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of finan cia l analysis or cost analysis
• Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities, manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision, and collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Business field

Nice To Haves

• Experience tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
• Experience working with foreign stakeholders
• Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System ( DSAMS ) , Management Information System International Logistics ( MISIL ) , Security Cooperation Information Portal ( SCIP ) , Information Warehouse ( IW ) , or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree in Business or a technical field
• Strategic Planning or Process Improvement Certification
