About The Position

Serves as Primary Foreign Check processing specialist. Assists with
International Documentary Collections and Foreign Currency transactions in an
orderly, accurate and expeditious manner in accordance with current department
and regulatory guidelines and customer/RM instructions.

Requirements

• High school graduate
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge & skills of Microsoft Windows/Excel
• Above average communication skills, written and oral
• Proven attention to detail
• Self-starter and motivator
• Team player

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Business
• Customer Service experience
• Banking background / Teller experience
• International experience / Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) guidelines

Responsibilities

• Processing checks drawn on other countries
• Processes checks within required time frame using current operating systems
• Maintains files to be sure that:
• Foreign Exchange
• Direct / International Documentary Collections
• Assists with processing within required time frame using current operating systems:
• Maintains files to be sure that:
• Contributes to success of the team by assisting with:
• Opening mail
• Answering phones
• Other special projects as assigned/needed
