Department: 320 International Deposit Services Job Summary: The Commercial Lending Manager oversees management, direction and development of the Commercial Lending Department. Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. Develop and manage a loan and deposit portfolio including making decision on overdrafts, loan requests, and loan renewals. Plans and executes business development strategies to generate additional business including call campaigns, visiting customers, and other entertainment venues, and community events. Master personal and commercial product knowledge to identify additional customer needs such as Insurance, Treasury Management, Credit Cards, Mortgage, Investments, Merchant Services and Small Business Loans Guides, manages, and assists in the development of the department staff Recommends upgrades and improvements to financial institution policies and procedures; ensures any changes are implemented Attend meetings and committees as required Performs collection efforts on work out credits including coordination with legal counsel and attending court hearings, if needed Ensures that past dues and loan exceptions for his/her portfolio are within established parameters Facilitates the processing and approval of wire transfers Assists other departments with efficiency improvements and/or special projects Promotes banks products and services in various internal and external business development and community activities Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to complete this job function.

Responsibilities
