About The Position

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CORPORATE OFFICE (Miami, FL) To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time. RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes all assigned complex export orders for Hormel Foods International products, with minimal supervision, including creating necessary documents and correspondence. Performs all functions involved in the entering of the orders plus giving instructions to plant personnel, transload service , freight forwarders, international transport service providers and, ultimately, customers. Acts as a primary customer service representative for assigned export customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Proven ability to perform detailed clerical and mathematical work accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to initiate appropriate action independently. Demonstrated organizational and time management ability. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred International Freight forwarding experience. Knowledge of Hormel order processing systems. At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.  The base hiring pay range for this role is between $19.25-$27.00 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
