International Customer Service Representative
About The Position
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CORPORATE OFFICE (AUSTIN, MN) To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time. RESPONSIBILITIES : Processes all assigned complex export orders for Hormel Foods International products, with minimal supervision, including creating necessary documents and correspondence. Performs all functions involved in the entering of the orders plus giving instructions to plant personnel, transload service , freight forwarders, international transport service providers and, ultimately, customers. Acts as a primary customer service representative for assigned export customers.
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform detailed clerical and mathematical work accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management ability.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice To Haves
- International Freight forwarding experience.
- Knowledge of Hormel order processing systems.
- Bilingual/Multilingual language skills in English and any other language
