The International Business Development Manager, International Accounts supports the company’s international growth strategy by managing relationships with foreign government and military stakeholders as well as developing and executing regional and partner-specific business development and sales plans. Operating at the intersection of business development, government engagement, and technical solution alignment, the International Business Development Manager will develop solutions for our international customer needs that result in revenue-generating opportunities. The International Business Development Manager will manage a portfolio of international accounts while coordinating closely with internal engineering, product, policy, and program teams to support opportunity development and capture. This role requires an experienced, self-motivated professional capable of navigating international defense markets, export control frameworks, and government acquisition environments. This position is an individual contributor within the international growth team and is expected to lead international engagements and represent the company as the primary account lead for assigned markets. There will be ample opportunity to assume greater managerial responsibilities quickly depending on individual performance and corporate growth.
