This is an exciting opportunity to join the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Finance team supporting in country finance operations of our Poland programs. The successful candidate will collaborate daily with key Finance Leaders as the In-Country Business Manager (M4) for Polska Patriot Programs and support financial responsibilities for the Poland landed entity. In this unique role, the selected individual will get a unique opportunity to support the in-country financial operations, analysis of Raytheon Poland financial statements and provide analysis and management of the Direct and Indirect rates. The successful candidate will also support the cost control, program set up and internal and external financial audits. The program is seeking somebody who possesses technical knowledge of program controls, strong problem-solving skills, and is an effective communicator. This position requires the ability to work independently, work under deadlines and constraints across multiple time zones, multitask and work on several different program issues concurrently as part of a small core finance team. This position also requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management. This role is being offered in a remote capacity and is based on the needs of the business.

Requirements

  • Typically requires Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & 8 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with 5 years of related work experience
  • Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP and BW
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support indirect and direct rates processes and tracking
  • Cost accounting of expat emoluments, including monitoring and cost transfers to ensure proper allocations
  • Review Polska bank accounts balances, collaborate with Corporate Treasury to ensure sufficient cash balances to execute business while minimizing financial risk to Raytheon Technologies
  • Process monthly transfer of US dollars to local Polish bank
  • Prepare and process monthly intercompany invoices to RayCo
  • Work closely with our Polish Deloitte team on regular basis for local financial requirements
  • Project CIT for the year as well as update RTN Tax Forms
  • Participate in meetings and review of a CAS compliant Disclosure Statement, help making updates for review by DCMA
  • Frequent communication and reporting responsibilities to various levels of stakeholders across US and International teams
