Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to applicants on the submission process, required documentation, and any additional information needed.
  • Provide dedicated support to special student populations, including refugee scholars, international athletes, and other unique demographics.
  • Process applications in the initial review stage.
  • Assist in I-20 processing.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of international academic credentials to determine equivalencies and eligibility for admission.
  • Manage Slate operations relating to international admission
  • Manage and run queries in Slate to identify and resolve discrepancies and errors.
  • Optimize its functionalities in supporting international admission processes.
  • Conduct semester process review and updates
  • Assist in communication and marketing campaigns targeted at prospective international students.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including international recruitment agencies, to expand outreach and enrollment efforts.
  • Create and manage queries for Slate mailings to prospective students, recruitment agencies, high school counselors and EducationUSA
  • Manage the Slate inbox and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Assist in Social Media outreach efforts
  • Occasional recruitment travels
  • Serves as Designated School Official (DSO)
  • Performs other duties as needed/assigned.
  • Assist with occasional special projects.
