About The Position

Global Atlantic Financial Group, Inc. has a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual interested in joining our Wayne, PA office as an Internal Wholesaler in our Independent (IMO) Channel. In this role, you will work within a team serving as the liaison between Global Atlantic and the financial professionals, to help grow sales and develop business in your respective territory. This opportunity pays a competitive base salary as well as uncapped monthly commission, based on territory sales.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • PA Life, Accident, and Health, Series 7 & 63 required
  • Ability to obtain Long Term Care Certificate within eight (8) weeks of employment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
  • Willingness to learn and understand product lines, benefits, and features

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Channel Executive, Account Director, and Annuity Business Development to develop potential leads and maintain existing producer relationships within the assigned sales territory
  • Educate and communicate the product features, benefits, advantages, and competitive landscape to the financial professionals
  • Leverage conferences, wholesaler meetings, and existing hypothetical illustrations to develop potential leads, targeted communications, and prospecting activities
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system to track daily activities, record metrics, generate reports, manage contacts, and document sales for prospective and existing accounts
  • Ability to understand and articulate our products, strategies, and corporate positioning
  • Serve as the liaison between Global Atlantic and the financial professional
  • Exhibit an extraordinary level of communication skills personalized to the financial professional and customized to meet their requisites and the needs of their customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed department expectations and sales metrics for assigned territory
