About The Position

Global Atlantic Financial Group is offering a high-impact opportunity for a driven, commercially minded professional to join our Independent (IMO) Channel as an Internal Wholesaler . This role sits at the center of our distribution engine and plays a critical part in driving revenue growth, deepening advisor relationships, and expanding Global Atlantic’s footprint across the independent market. As an Internal Wholesaler, you will be a front-line partner to financial professionals and a key collaborator with Channel Executives and Account Directors. Your work directly influences sales momentum, territory performance, and the long-term success of our annuity and retirement solutions. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission , providing meaningful upside tied directly to territory results and individual performance. Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Channel Executives, Account Directors, and Annuity Business Development to identify opportunities, generate leads, and expand existing producer relationships within your assigned territory
  • Clearly articulate Global Atlantic’s product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to financial professionals, tailoring messaging to advisor and client needs
  • Proactively support sales efforts through conferences, wholesaler meetings, targeted outreach, and customized hypothetical illustrations
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage daily activity, track sales metrics, maintain accurate contact records, and support data-driven territory planning
  • Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between Global Atlantic and financial professionals, ensuring a consistent, high-quality advisor experience
  • Deliver clear, professional, and persuasive communication customized to each financial professional and their business objectives
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales goals and performance metrics for your territory
